User Tester Tester Experiences
I have been using User Testing for about 10 years. The company provides great opportunities to give feedback, learn about new sites and apps, and influence companies customer experiences. The ability to actually "walk through" a website or app and participate in relating the positive and negative aspects are a valuable learning process and gives the user tester a feeling of accomplishment.

Confusing survey
I answered the screening questions accurately, I am involved in “sales” as a health care professional in a pharmacy environment as a frontline healthcare worker. I got asked questions about virtual try on software even though I don’t use this software at my work and I would have said so if asked. I also got asked questions about “the list” and I had no idea what this referred to

User Testing Review
The User Testing platform is a great place to earn extra income. In order to earn the money you have to qualify for the tests but many tests are loaded onto the platform M-F. Some tests are also loaded on Saturday, Sunday and on holidays. The tests cover a wide range of categories so for the most part, there is something for everyone. The tests are interesting and the most important thing is the user testing Platform pays as promised. I highly recommend the User Testing platform.

I love this website
I love this website. I can make some extra money in my free time. Sometimes it’s a bit frustrating when it doesn’t work right and you have spent some time recording then it won’t upload. But user testing is usually pretty good and will sometimes reimburse some of the funds that you were supposed to get. But I would highly recommend this website. Although not too highly because in if everyone flocks to it, then maybe I won’t get enough tests to do. Lol.

What do you like best about UserTesting? UserTesting gives me the ability to field meaningful tests, with consumers we need and gain valuable insights that enable us to create experiences for users. UserTesting makes it easy compared to other products with an amazing support and education team unlike anything else.

"I like to think of UserTesting as an asset"
What do you like best about UserTesting? It's a very flexible product. We don't have to do only usability tests, if there is a problem we cannot solve using other methods, chances are UserTesting probably suggests a solution. Recently we used it to replicate a bug we could not replicate on our end. UserTesting can be a powerful tool if you are creative.
