Questionable.
Testers are forced to do a bunch of unpaid surveys in order to qualify for one test. Tests almost always take considerably longer then 20 minutes and nobody pays for overtime work. Test reviews seem to be driven by the company itself, rather then the real customers, and comments (both the positive and negative reviews) are extremely generic and nondescript. 3 star ratings do not get re-evaluated. Two similar tests done by you in the same exact way would get rated differently, one can get a ...

What do you like best? I receive quick results and useful feedback from consumers every time I use User Testing! It is an easy to use platform and they offer helpful customer support. This tool has definitely improved my research toolbox.

If you're site is garbage then improve it!! Don't keep sending fake reviews. Just improve. Look the more you invest into the surveyor the better you business grows. Is this a missing fact for you guys? Well here's simple, simple business ethics. Your company is garbage and you lie about the money that's involved. Let karma deal with that one.

Two tests, no pay.
I qualified to do tests for this company and right away did the first one. Once it was completed, that was it...no confirmation email, nothing in my dashboard, I just wasted 20 minutes for nothing. I contacted Support which has yet to contact me back, that was several months ago. I got an email about another test and forgot about my last experience. I QUALIFIED FOR ZERO OUT OF 40 TESTS. DATA MINING .
Passed the test to qualify, then was give ZERO tests to complete out of forty that I applied to. FORTY! AVOID . Having read the previous reviews I suspect they are data mining. AVOID.
