I QUALIFIED FOR ZERO OUT OF 40 TESTS. DATA MINING .
Passed the test to qualify, then was give ZERO tests to complete out of forty that I applied to. FORTY! AVOID . Having read the previous reviews I suspect they are data mining. AVOID.

I had a great experience!
I had a great experience with them. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews... I kept my tab open and managed to do one test a day at those days when I am a bit free. 10 USD each test adds up quickly but of course you cannot rely this as your main source of income. I also enjoy doing it and share my thoughts - it's not just about earning money.

Horrible service
I don’t normally write reviews, but this was very frustrating experience, from technical issues to very poor customer service. Technical - I had to record the same video of me talking 3x because it couldn’t be uploaded from their side (I’m using the newest Mac btw). After this experience they basically told me to record myself again - very frustrating, but it also doesn’t add any more value.Customer service - after writing a nice email asking to solve this problem, I’ve got a response after ...

What do you like best about UserTesting? Simple to set-up and run quick experiments on knowledgeable individuals; love the compiled results in spreadsheet output format, this helps my team spend their efforts on designing the next experiment instead of compiling and preparing the results

After applying and being accepted
After applying and being accepted, i was eager to start testing. To my disappointment, i’ve yet to qualify for over 10 screener tests. I don’t have any proof, but believe that this site is just stealing data from your PC and devices under the premise of paying you to take test. Make sure you uninstall their recorder software from your Devices.
