"Brilliant to recruit and run tests within the same platform, needs some design love"
What do you like best about Userlytics? Recruitment was a breeze, perhaps the fastest I've experienced. The combination of in-tool recruitment and account manager support where needed gave us all we needed. Out-the-box Userlytics had everything we needed. What do you dislike about Userlytics? The experience is very clunky. It took half a day of Q&A with an account manager to understand how to use some of the basics.I expect more from a new b2b SaaS solution, especially one that works in the ...

What do you like best about Userlytics? Userlytics is very easy to use and tests are turned around very fast. Videos are high quality and provide a ton of insights. The interface makes it easy to view the tests, take notes, share the videos, etc. What do you dislike about Userlytics? What do you like best about Userlytics? The ability to gain insight very quickly. What do you dislike about Userlytics? Not being able to see all candidates pre-screening answers in one consolidated view. What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?
