Customer service was really helpful
Customer service was really helpful after I had a technical issue with a test. They were very good about quickly responding and I felt very supported as a tester.

Great platform for tests and extra cash
Great platform for tests, payout happens as promised. Only reason for 4 stars is I often have to manually upload the test info, app seems a little glitch, but overall, it is great.

A good, solid survey-taking platform.
Userlytics surveys/tests generally go smoothly and this latest one I did for them was no exception. It’s just a pity I only qualify for a very few when taking their screeners. I work with a couple of similar platforms and tend to get selected for opportunities more often with them.
