Did not find anything problemetic . Everythig was good but would be good if we would have known why even after chossing right option in the game we did not get any point. Anyhow, might be part of the test itself so no complains

I've been a tester with Userlytics - good experience
I've been testing with Userlytics for a couple of years now. They are generally responsive when there are issues. I have had some technical issues with the tests but the service Reps are able to let me know how to correct it in the future and offer payment if it was not an issue on my end. They have a decent dashboard that shows tests taken, missed, approved and rejected, as well as a payment dashboard. It could be improved by showing when payments will be paid out and add in tester ratings ...

The experience is always an easy one
The experience is always an easy one. The only issue is that payment is now made 14 days after the survey is completed and accepted. That's a long time..wish there were more surveys too.
