I love participating with User Interviews because it gives me the opportunity to express my opinions. Receiving an incentive is also a great benefit and it’s fun to do.

The best online focud group format.

User interviews is the modern equivalent of a focus group. Sometimes the questions seem repetitive (ie) what year were you born, and then right after how old are you. However it is one of the most professional interview sites available. The questions and groups are professional and everything is held in a straight forward manner. Very impressive.

User interviews has been a great experience for me. I have learned so much about current technologies. This helps me professionally and personally. The staff and support have been wonderful. I feel that my experiences are appreciated by researchers.

The conversation was great. The moderator was kind and did the role very well. All of the instructions were clear and all of us seemed really interested in the topic and conversation.

Great Communication Throughout Entire Review Process

The review process was well communicated. The product is working quite well, even better than expected. I did not realize the volume of water pumped on a daily basis. This will help with a future project I have planned for outdoor drainage of the sump pump. Overall, the experience was a good one, and easy to follow. Glad I could be part of the review process.
