Good way to offer feedback and make a little money

The screening process is pretty simple and straight forward so it doesn't feel like a major wasted effort when you complete profiles and are not selected. When you are selected, which I have been numerous times, the projects are generally interesting and the compensation for them is good and payment prompt.

Great platform

Great platform, with good incentives as well. Worth to spend some spare time to help with studies while earning.

User Interviews

It is a good company. They pay when they tell you (sometimes the same day or sometimes you have to wait a few days). I find interesting the different topics I can choose to do. The only disappointing thing is that if I dont answer to their email to confirm the interview right away, you dont get chosen and this can be frustraiting.

Great company for extra cash

Really easy and the interviews are usually fun. They pay when they say they will and the rates are usually pretty decent.

Bonus for referral not given!

My user interview was fine, however I received an email asking to refer other people to the study for a $30 incentive bonus and I was not given that bonus incentive for the referral.

Team Participation was great

I had a technical issue with mu camera but was able to still engage and appreciated the direction of questions from the team.

The best online focud group format.

User interviews is the modern equivalent of a focus group. Sometimes the questions seem repetitive (ie) what year were you born, and then right after how old are you. However it is one of the most professional interview sites available. The questions and groups are professional and everything is held in a straight forward manner. Very impressive.
