What do you like best about User Interviews? I like the simplicity of setting up the system-I designate what types of users I am looking for and what type of session it will be, and the system does the hard work of finding the appropriate users for me and makes it easy to setup on my calendar so people can schedule times for sessions.

What do you like best about User Interviews? I'm able to find users to run different types of testing on with very little effort. Usually the turnaround from submitting criteria for a project and having my project fully subscribed is less than 24 hours.

I have been a User Interviews participant for a while and never had any issues…until I recently completed a study on 9/24/21 and have not been paid. They said the researcher said I didn’t complete the study and that is a lie and I proved that it was. I have not received my incentive payment for that completed study so either the researcher stole my insight without paying or UserInterviews is pocketing researcher payments and telling the participants otherwise.
