Happy with it

Very good product. I do wholesale, so for my business it’s very well set up with multiple warehouse and currencies, while at the same time a flawless integration with Xero. I would really like to see a customer service that I can reach by chat or by phone and not only by email. That’s the reason I’m giving 4 and not 5*.

MAGENTO STORE OWNERS, BEWARE UNLEASHED!

LIES, WASTED TIME & POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORTUnleashed on its own and tied with Xero is fine. If that’s what you need it for, it will perform as you would expect. (Hence the 2 stars) However, we bought Unleashed specifically because they told us they supported Magento 2 and that any orders placed on our Magento store would be fed through to unleashed and stock updated and fed back to magento. They told us this would be done through a 3rd party app and we paid them £300 extra for the privilege. ...

Expensive and too many workarounds

Expensive and too many workarounds. If you have multiple Magento stores e.g. GBP, USD etc it won't work for you without paying for a workaround. It can only handle orders coming from one store at a time so if you have four stores you'll have to do some development work to get in the orders from the other three stores or manually entering them which is a pain. What do you like best? I haven't used any other services like Unleashed. It gets the job done. It's user-friendly for the most part and was easy to learn to use once set up by admin. It's nice keeping invoices, quotes, purchases, etc in one place. What do you dislike? I would like for it to be more searchable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to keep track of sales, customers, inventory, etc.

Basic Capabilities

What do you like best? Reporting is C+ and leaves too many holes. You cannot get a clear glimpse of any history without running 8 reports What do you dislike? Basic data entry. What do you like best? Good inventory management, purchases, sales and contacts all easily managed in one easy to use platform. What do you like best? The process for managing stock in our workplace could be quite easily a major task. Unleashed makes finding and keeping track of stock levels easy. What do you dislike? Unleashed : you've got to get in!!

What do you like best? All the information is readily available on your fingertips and allows you to manage inventory well. With setting high/low alerts, gives you an indication of how well/poorly you are managing your stock. What do you dislike? Not familiar with disassembly : would be good if you could reference to a particular assembly and disassemble it , otherwise it seems to take the entire batch into account when cost is being deduced.
