Switched to Unleashed and very happy
We went live with Unleashed 6 weeks ago and are very happy with the system. Like all "out of the box" software you will never get all the features you wish for, but this one fits our business which is a mix of wholesale and retail - import and export with thousands of unique products to track. Great user experience, easy to use
What do you like best? Easy to use web based online inventory - I work with websites, and often recommend to integrate with Unleashed when complex scenarios for inventory are risen. What do you dislike? Only one thing to improve, multiple currency between locations and inventory forecasting What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mainly integrating websites and its inventory with the physical stores

Powerful control of the sales process
What do you like best? I is great to be able to control inventory and the entire sales process - online - anywhere, anytime. I use the App on my phone for "quick look" requirements - customer contacts, stock levels and so forth and the full system otherwise. What do you dislike? There are times when telephone support would be helpful - a quick question could be answered much more easily. What do you like best? User friendliness of system make it very easy to navigate. What do you dislike? Some areas require more manual work that it should. Like entering serial number when selling inventory. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking my inventory by serial number. It benefits as it facilitates easy inventory tracking.

Works well for a mid sized complex manufacturing company with very long lead times
What do you like best? Keeps the value flowing through assembled products that take years to make What do you dislike? Unable to back date entries so that they can line up with the books for end of month What business problems are you solving with the product? Unleashed is an asset to our Organisation
What do you like best? I like the overall feel of the product and the ease of integration with xero. What do you dislike? Revision control of SO's Revision control of BoM. Nested BoM. Ability for comments on BoM. Part invoicing not being reflected on bottom line. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Smoother order flow. Better visibility of inventory.

3 Years and still impressed
What do you like best? More than anything I can check stock, sales or another random report and can get the information I want in a heartbeat. What do you dislike? Very little, what I have found wanting in the past has been addressed in regular updates (and then some. The only thing outstanding is the ability to report by supplier/brand. User friendly Inventory System
What do you like best? Unleashed is easy to use, clear and understandable. We have also found hat the service offered is reliable and useful. I would recommend this to a small or medium company that wants in off the shelf inventory management system. What do you dislike? Cannot record and print batch numbers on packing slip. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Stock shortages and forecasting.
