I had an issue with setting-up my account on Unleased and had to contact the support team quite a few times before the issue has been resolved. I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of Sara Alfonzi who has sorted the problem out,so thank you.

Great onboarding and support!

All good so far, lots of interesting & useful capabilities that we never had before using just Xero to manage our inventory & productions. On-boarding has been great & all my support e-mails have been replied to in quick fashion. The accounts team are loving it so far... the production team are slowly coming round...

Unleashed; just what we needed..

Their pricing structure is a complete…

Their pricing structure is a complete scam. After a hard sales pitch, they stole £1,500 from our business without providing one iota of value. When we tried to cancel, they charged us nearly a full year of fees and failed to return our funds. Unfortunately, we will be pursuing claims to recover this. If you are looking for an inventory management system, I'd suggest you steer clear of this one.

Avoid at all costs

We used Unleashed for a year in total before deeming it totally unviable for our business. Being a small team of just four full time staff we found that it was taking one person to work on Unleashed almost full time, which we didn't have the people power to commit to it. When this was raised to their team they highlighted that "yes, it usually does require someone working on it full time". Being marketed at small businesses is therefore completely false advertising. Very little regard for their customers

Very little regard for their customers. A salesperson called me multiple times to convince me to convert. Initially, it seemed interesting and something that we could use in our business. The salesperson resorted to a tactic to pressure me to sign before a certain date by telling me the price of onboarding would raise if we delayed. So I decided to give it a try and signed up. Almost 25% price increase in one year

We are a small manufacturing business which had to switch from MYOB to Xero with Unleashed because MYOB ceased offering small manufacturing assemblies within its software. Unleashed has worked somewhat for what we need but we just received our annual invoice with a price rise of nearly 25% with no warning. The costs are way too high for what we need.
