Unleashed onboarding is disingenuous
I lost a lot of money moving from an MRP after being given a promise by their sales person that they offer onboarding as part of the membership. Once I started talking about assemblies they gave me limited help and then referred me externally. The help I needed was due to a complicated system of disassembly and assembly I have to setup due to the lack of decimal places in their software. I will continue using Unleashed through an external partner at a cost begrudgingly.

We have been using Unleashed for years…
We have been using Unleashed for years for a few clients. It is a comprehensive inventory management system. It is perfect for anyone with a lot of products they warehouse, especially to manage multiple locations. The service is awesome. When you need support they are kind, professional, and will elevate the problem to the highest levels when needed to fix anything. That said, the software works perfectly. First class support and functionality
When migrating from one system to another, it's imperative to have good support on had. The team at Unleashed (especially Amber Chaffe) have and continue to be superb.

Natayna was great
Natayna was great. We were going through the initial training and during the training, Natayna realized that unleashed software was not for our type of business. We continued to talk more to see if we could work around it but unfortunately it was not feasible for our business. Even thou we did not sign up, I was impressed with Natayna's honesty and really appreciated that she was not willing to waste my time and money. She quickly organised my refund into our account within two days. Thank you.

Great service! Awesome Application and an adaptable tech team for requests
The service I receive from the support team is just wonderful! Stepped out in attainable and informative steps my recent communications with Ayub Khayre has been so good!The four starts instead of the five just relates to one outstanding platform update for send emails to be not only logged but visible from each order page where it says "Email log". Besides that the application and service attached is second to none! Thanks guys!
