User friendly and offers good reporting and interaction methods (xero etc)
What do you like best? Setting up BOM's and having the opportunity to accurately back cost is something i like and want to use more in the future. This is a great function for both costing and resource (stock) management What do you dislike? I wouldn't even try to manage stock without Unleashed
Unleashed beautifully manages stock movements and manufacturing processes. Visually it looks great with customised dashboards that let you see where things are at a glance, reporting is very flexible, the Xero integration means you're always getting the right information in your accounts, (as long as you understand what Unleashed is posting) and if you get stuck or need a little guidance the support team are really friendly, always quick to respond and solve your issue :)

I'm giving them 2 stars out of an appreciation that if their software eventually works it'll do what we want it to do. However, there are some serious issues here which given the cost really isn't acceptable.Support is incompetent. I've raised three tickets. The first case having told me that the software categorically couldn't do what the documentation said it could, I got an acknowledgement that she didn't actually know how that component worked. I was excited to find Unleashed initially: an inventory program supporting manufacturers that was online and SAAS. Awesome! But...so many problems: - slow since every bit of data is sent to their servers as you enter information. It would be better if instead they sent large chunks of data at once i.e. when you are finished putting in an order or a stock adjustment instead of during. - gaping holes in implementation, such as lack of support for letter-sized paper on many reports. - severely ...
