Great Support Team
The Unleashed Support Team have been really awesome. In particular Heather who has been amazing, always coming back to me really promptly and with easy to follow instructions/steps to queries or questions I have raised. Not only this but she also made sure she followed up after a couple of days to make sure that I had understood everything and to see if I had any questions. A great support team and I know I can always rely on them for their prompt action and support.

Great Support
It can be quite intimidating moving to a new operating system but the support we have received from Amber has been great, the further we moved along the learning curve the more impressed we were with Unleashed

First Class in every way
Two aspects to this review. First the system and can only say it has been first class to date. Flexible when required and the more you use the more you learn and ultimately get more out of it. For sales, purchase orders, production management, B2B stores, integration with Amazon etc and also specifically invoices that are Brexit compliant the system is excellent. Great support by Heather!!!
I was trying to integrate the Unleashed software and had some initial hiccups in the same. Tech support and Heather specifically, were great in guiding me. The turnaround time was superfast with crystal-clear instructions/fixes. She is one of the best tech support that I have interacted so far in my career of 20 yrs.

How best Unleashed can help retail transactions
I came across the issue of retail transactions not being supported enough by Unleashed. Eventually, the team gave me an enormous help through continuous conversation, identifying my issue, and gave me a good solution to use Shopify together with Unleashed. I am about to use the solution and hopefully it will help me. Thank you Unleashed team.

What a power horse!
What a power horse!! It can do pretty much everything we need it to in order to run our manufacturing and retail company. And more importantly, the customer service is outstanding!! 5/5 is well deserved.

Have been using the software for a couple of years and had a how to question on exporting from unleashed, sent the question via the website and got an almost immediate response from Gemma who was able to help me with the answers I needed. Would highly recommend the software and their support team!
