Amazing ERP (once you get your head around) and great support to get us functioning
Firstly, the team and support has been amazing. Secondly, the capabilities of Unleashed are incredible, especially with how we can see all parts of the business and necessary data in real time. We can now more smartly organise, plan and structure this fast growing (and complicated) business. Unleashed is an affordable easy-to-use SaaS for SMEs. On top of it, I just cannot help but be amazed at the Support team. Usually, it takes just a few hours to receive an answer but it is not just a reply for the sake of the reply and most probably you won't have a long chain of messages. The team is always able to provide you with some response on the spot. And if they cannot, they would investigate and come back to you in no time. This time, it was not an exception. Financial Integration is poor
Financial Integration is poor. I was sold this as a one stop shop but it is far from it. Unleashed doesn't take FX into account, as well as Sales commissions from integrated sales channels. Essentially it only 'half cooks' integrations and doesn't actually properly integrate Xero or Amazon.

Thank you Unleashed!
With a recent update Unleashed fixed a problem we had. This took less than a month. The customer service by Heather was absolutely fantastic! She addressed my need and gave a clear answer. Really impressed. The reason it is only 4 stars is because the first Unleashed support worker, Alan, did not read or understand what I was asking and it was only thanks to Heather's work that I made progress with my enquiry.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced
I came across Unleashed on a webinar focusing on hospitality/retail sector with one person on the panel given a great review and also then speaking to another business owner in my industrial estate they explained how Unleashed had transformed her business.
