Unleashed Support is Great!

After being handed across from Onboarding, my experience with Unleashed Support has been fantastic. Each time offering comprehensive & complete instructions to solve my issue. Included in this is Heather who solved a problem I'd been having for 2 weeks in 2 messages. Great product knowledge demonstrated to solve it so quickly!

We recently switched over to Unleashed

We recently switched over to Unleashed, at the same time as switching over our finance package so it was a complex process but our support consultant Mike Yazbek was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and supportive, and we managed to onboard very quickly and smoothly. We're now up and running and we're very impressed with how well everything works. I'd very highly recommend them!

Once the hard decision was made to…

Once the hard decision was made to switch to Unleashed for our stock management and sales ordering, the rest was easy. The system is fairly self explanatory and the onboarding support excellent. Any issue was quickly resolved. Mike Yasbek was our support consultant. Incredibly helpful. He made it easy!

Perfect Software with the best support

This is a very expensive software, very giant and elaborate. You can easily get lost and stuck, unable to figure out how to run your business with it. However, I'm very pleased that they offer such a structured onboarding program with your own private coach. You can go through the onboarding process as fast as you want it to be or as slow as you need. I had Anna Busby as my onboarding coach and she was brilliant.
