I have just migrated from CIN7 because…
I have just migrated from CIN7 because of lack of customer support and difficulty with Shopify & Shipping integrations. Trainng with my onboarding person Mike Yazbek, was excellent, detailed and thorough. My specific US based needs were addressed as well as my own need to repeat , often, so that my Manufacturing, BOM and order entry could flow directly to Xero accounting. I am comfortable to use the system and know that as issues come up I can reach out to customer support for resolution

Unleashed service, second to none.
We are new to using Unleashed. After using a different pos sytem for over 10 years, we have found the backup service and help that these guys provide, is second to none. We can't fault their service. If we need something sorted out, it is answered with a yes we can do it, or a simple no we can't do that. No BS.
