Great system and service.

Unleashed onboarding
We have just completed our unleashed onboarding experience which in all has taken just over a couple of months to complete, Mike Yazbek was assigned to us to help us along the way he was outstanding and very professional, he was friendly and always willing to help with even the silliest of questions. Excelling Onboarding Experience
The OnBoarding meeting we had with Jue Wang helped a lot in our planning process to make sure that we got the correct and most efficient way to navigate and use the Unleashed program to our full potential.

Josie is a Rockstar! She helped me to correct some units of measure issues we had along with uploading barcoding. She also inadvertently helped me to add more useful information to our product inventory pages through the hidden columns!

Excellent Support!
I have been working with onboarding the B2B side of Unleashed and I can honestly say that both Kevin and the online support team have been so helpful! The platform itself is super easy to navigate but any issues I encountered were dealt with in a fast and clear manner, meaning I didn't have to wait to get things done! Face to face troubleshooting with Kevin made the whole experience feel less "remote" and was so helpful for clarity and understanding when I got stuck. Also great to know that ...

Anna was so helpful and really patient with all of our questions during the onboarding process. She was always on hand and answered all our questions along with sharing really helpful videos/tutorials.
