Excellent Onboarding experience
We have recently switched to using Unleashed, and thus far have been very happy! Once in the system, it is extremely user-friendly, easy to navigate, and looks great. We had an excellent onboarding process as well with our partner, Riley, who made sure to answer all questions, guide us to the right training document, and anticipated our needs. We really enjoyed working with Riley!

Brilliant service from a great team
Brilliant product which perfectly services the needs of many of our Supply Chain clients. Mike Yazbek was our most recent Unleashed expert that got us set up with the system. He was helpful and friendly and completely understood what we needed from Unleashed and him to go live really quickly. A great experience!

We had an issue with some reports that weren't exporting from Unleashed to Xero. Rob was very quick and thourough in fixing this for us. He also let us know what it was that had caused the error so we were aware in the future. Love this company...

Unleashed Team is amazing!!! They are very responding, professional. Once you log a ticket, they will keep driving the resolution and keeping you updated through the process. They also understand the urgency and find different way to resolve the issue. They CARE about customers!

Moved to Unleashed from Sage 50
We moved to Unleashed from Sage 50 who we had been with for 20 years. We did extensive research and chose Unleashed, integrating with Xero. The move was daunting and challenging but we couldn't have been in safer hands. Anna Busby went above and beyond to make the migration successful. This had to happen within a tight window so she kept us on a realistic but structured schedule making sure we knew exactly what we needed to do and when.
