Great software with a great team.
Great software with a great team. Switching to Unleashed seemed like a rather overwhelming task at the start but our onboarding guru Anna broke it down for us into manageable steps and we were actually up and running in no time. Great experience!
From my first call to Unleashed through to onboarding has been a refreshing experience. They have been extremely helpful and patient with me, making processes easy to understand and providing so many resources for education. Tyler is super helpful and relatable, he's very knowledgeable on the product, it's been great working with him. Highly recommend.

super helpful service!
We had Jue guiding us through the onboarding process and it went so smoothly! our inventory system that was mostly in paper and scattered across different platforms all came nicely together into unleashed. Jue was so incredibly helpful, even when we ran into incredibly niche problems, she would get on it right away and email back with a solution within the hour. couldn't be more happy!

Great support team
Our company is transitioning to Unleash and as there is lots to do in order to setup the account and get us going, importing our data is our main challenge. It has been great to receive support from Damien via the chat box which helped us very quickly to resolve issues that came along. Thank you Damien - you've been really helpful !

Continuously Improving!
Unleashed is actively improving and adding features on an ongoing basis. The software is very intuitive and easy to understand compared to other inventory solutions we've tried. The abundance of cross-links and drill-downs is wonderful and makes it easy to visualize activity and movement. We were able to go-live in about a month with Unleashed. The previous solution took months and the result was not ideal.
