Easy to use and great support
Easy to use system, very intuitive and great support all around. We were onboarded by Tyler who was excellent, very knowledgeable and took us through every step in easy to understand terms and a thorough process.

Great onboarding experience. We had a great onboarding experience with Tyler. Helping us to learn the ropes and get up to speed with a new ERP. He takes the time to explain things in detail and comes back quickly on any questions you have!

Best Customer Service in an IT company
I have now been with Unleashed for over 5 years. They have by far and away the best support service I have seen in an IT company in my 25+ years in IT. I can't thank them enough for all their help over the years and their continued support of their wonderful software.

A very modern and intuitive software
A very modern and intuitive software. Stock management made easy and application can be tailored. Support from sales and onboarding team esp Jue, she was very helpful through the process.

Tyler has been great to work with
Tyler has been great to work with. He is patient, clear, and easy to understand, he responds quickly to our requests and has been a great support. The loom videos have been fantastic. I wish all learning of new portals were so well structured with people like Tyler to help. Thanks

Onboarding and Support with Unleashed Software
The set up and onboarding process with Unleashed has gone so smoothly. This a total contrast to what we had experienced with other providers of similar platforms. The guidance and support we have received from Jue gave us the confidence to set up the Unleashed software ourselves. We now have a purchase/sales/inventory platform that we can trust and integrates fully with our accounting software.
