Customer service is always great
The customer service is always on point with the Unleashed team. They're quick to respond to any questions, queries or issues. The system works very well for our business and there are often new features on offer (which are easily applied thanks to the Unleashed Academy). Thank you to Christopher Wan who recently assisted me with a small issue that we had. He was very helpful, offering detailed instructions on how to fix the problem and following up thereafter to make sure that it was fixed.

Fantastic service from James Krauts
I recently joined a business to work solely on their Inventory and Stock Management, with no experience or knowledge of Unleashed or Inventory...so James really had his work cut out with me! James has been fantastic with helping me with my queries and questions (which there have been many!), responding promptly to them all with detailed thorough explanations. James follows up on all responses to check I understood, offering calls to go through anything I may need further training or help ...

Great support
The customer service is always excellent from Unleashed. They're quick to respond and help. It's a big and complex system, so the occasional bug is inevitable, but it runs very well overall. Shoutout to Sara who just helped me with a small issue. She was very helpful and professional.
