Unleashed is an excellent product with excellent customer care. The on-boarding with Anna Busby was really smooth. The help provided by Anna was with care, attention and knowledge (even answering emails on her day off) I highly recommend this company and software.

We just started using Unleashed for a month. So far, the service is good. We sent in about 4,5 questions, average response time is about 6 hours. Their tech team gives answers in details, which is very helpful.
