Great Tech Support Assistant

What do you like best? The softphone services are smooth and easy to use. I have used other types of sofphones but none have come close to how easy it is to use Ujet. In additon to having a soft phone it also offers the option to use the chat assitance, which is a great plus and not many platforms offer this feature. I love the looks!

What do you like best? Is easy to follow and usually is very steady. What do you dislike? I had a little problems when it comes to it recognizing my microphone. But are issues that I can easily fix. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it every day for work. It makes my life easier when connecting to other tools and recognizing the client's information.
