Great and easy to work with Ujet

What do you like best? I like the fact that you can change between taking chats, calls or emails very fast and easy What do you dislike? I don't like that, when taking chats, the window doesn't show you the time you're in aux, only in the calls window What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent app

What do you like best? clean and is super friendly with the user, is fast and reliable. i worked with similiar apps but since i start using Ujet never had to go back. it have many futures super usefull for the job, you can leave notes so other users can see them, it records your call, you can you use this function to improve yourself, also it give the opportunity to supervisors to always look the progress by reviewing all the info Ujet have to offer. Quick, secure and precise.

What do you like best? The simplicity but efectiveness of the product. It's very easy to get used to it and it facilitates a lot of the aspects of the job like providing shortcuts for full paragraphs in regards to a certain scenario. I also like the way I'm able to ask for screenshots, photos, etc. for each particular customer on the other side of the line, it helps a lot when it comes to solving issues and trobleshooting. Ujet is the way to go!!!

What do you like best? Ujet provides all the communications in one easy to access field. What do you dislike? I have not found anything about Ujet that I dislike. What do you like best? The application is simple and basically self-explanatory. What do you dislike? Nothing. I have never had an issue using UJET. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try. It is self-explanatory and very easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
