Pretty good
What do you like best? it's pretty nice to use pretty friendly. I get to us on it pretty much when i try to contact a customer when the servers go down we can make outbound calls and stuff like that, pretty good to my perspective keep doing a great job, also when i have issues by the server your response it's pretty fast and good i hope you guys are doing better and better, but right now you are doing great i hope everyone it's doing ok. What do you like best? It's friendly-user Interface easy to use! Also all the features are really easy to review and use. The Aux Codes are really clear so there is absolutely no confusion while using UJET and its simply one of the best service I have used in any company i've worked with! What do you like best? It is helpful because you can see previous tickets about the shoppers, you can see your status, also you can see the tickets you have worked on, you can go directly to the shoppers profile and edit the batch directly clicking on it, its very helpful while assisting shoppers, the ujet shortcuts have improved my service when I do not know how to answer or what to say they help me to answer better, also the sound notifications are very useful to know when a new chat is ...

Excellent Experience
What do you like best? UJET has been the back bone to how our company runs. The service is fast and efficient it makes my everyday job manageable. 10 out of 10 would recommend. What do you dislike? There isn't anything that isn't helpful to my everyday use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? That you can find anything real quick and it never got an issue with it. Ujet has a very visual interface that helps the people to quickly learn the way that it works. UJET is a remarkable telephony platform and is highly commendable in all aspects.
What do you like best? The interface is simple easy to navigate. Everything is intuitive and self explanatory. There are minimal downtime and outages experienced and the response time is very fast. The queue monitoring displays data accurately with low delay and latency. UJET has a great potential as a telephony platform. Easy to sign in and switch between statuses.
What do you like best? Being able to see the name of a caller as they call in and being notified audibly is extremely helpful in being prepared to answer the call. What do you dislike? I do not like how the system will occasionally switch you automatically between modes that you did not desire to be in. Great Working Tool
What do you like best? I like how simple it is to use, it has a simple HUD which helps me get through the workflow easily. The color scheme is pretty and it gives you several options. It is an easy way to get calls, also to transfer them if needed. It can be moved around easily and the overall experience is very satisfactory. What do you dislike?
