What do you like best? I like that it's got shortcuts so it makes it a lot faster What do you dislike? that sometimes it gets stuck when a new ticket pops up and that there's not an aux code for going to the restroom What problems are you solving with the product? Fast option to work

What do you like best? It's clean and easy to use in the daily basis. The color scale is soothing for the eyes, the type of letter used for the chats is legible and easy to read. There's not information that clutters which makes that doesn't feel heavy to the eyes. What do you dislike? Ujet shortcuts could be inside the chat, also it can be nice to add in how much time is spent in every chat. Working while using UJet

What do you like best? This is my first time servicing a client using chat as a means to communicate with the customer, and I love it. I love talking on the phone as well with a customer. Chat to me is a novelty item and cool. The system is well thought out and I love the fact that you can keep up with your statistics as you work and how well you did overall throughout your shift compared to your team. Great tool for companies

What do you like best? Allows oyu to control and optimize processes for any company. Great for multi tasking as well. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike, sometimes a bit unstable but nothing a good IT team can't handle. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer problems, you can definetly use all the tools available to solve different probems at the same time.

What do you like best? The best attribute about the product is its brilliant reliability, uninterrupted and smooth flow of communication whether it is call or chat and its ease of use.
