UJet is one of the most effective business tools that I have ever navigated. User Friendly!

What do you like best? It's user friendly features, Very simple design as well. What do you dislike? As much as I would like to mention one, there isn't anything that would make me dislike UJet. UJET Is the best tool i have used for customer - agent communication, it makes it really easy for us (agents) to get in touch with them and solve customers problems, as we can request for photos while on a call, we can request for a video, we can also work with the live chat, which includes an easy tool to work with shortcuts, and we can track our Customer Satisfaction rating, the number of call/chats we had, and also an average time we have spend with them ! U-Jet has been a great experience overall, some issues but they are fixed fast!

What do you like best? U-Jet has been a great experience overall. There are times when U-Jet has issues, but support does a great job of making sure they fix issues for end users in a timely matter. What do you like best? Very easy to use, nothing rare happening for the moment, very recommendable. What do you dislike? Sometimes it went down so it may be stressful, out of that everythings nice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instacart care, all new and I think is the best of the chat/call apps.
