Amazing, can have some minimal Improvement but it sdtills perfect
What do you like best? You can handle Ujet easily, minimum training is required What do you dislike? Sometimes it crashes and has some bugs, but are minimal. Ujet makes my shift easier
What do you like best? it is a very friendly tool easy to use, you do not need to be an expert to use this tool What do you dislike? the only drawback is that being a virtual tool you experience constant connection problems between calls What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ujet has allowed me to monitor the time between calls by having a real-time counter

Eficient, simple to use
What do you like best? It´s simple to use and has the tools required for the proyect on agents ,good for emails and calls. Features great for the funtions required. What do you dislike? On E-mail task when you swich to mail doesn´t show the track time. It is a very good tool, great help for customer service with shortcuts that make work easier,
What do you like best? The statistics it shows are a motivating factor where the employee can see their performance, it is a realy good aplication to work at home. What do you dislike? What do you like best? All auxes are good and understandable, I highly recommend to all professionals. What do you dislike? As per my experience I got nothing to dislike here.
