friendly use
What do you like best? I like the way it works it is easy and intuitive. I have used other systems and usually don't provide that much on help as it actually does. Is it really easy to work with. You can easily go from one to another page, it also gives you the option to have the preview of a lot of the information we have to provide the customer. What do you dislike? User Friendly
What do you like best? Most helpful is the ease of use. Login is simple and fairly quick. What do you dislike? I have only had issues with the timer feature working sporadically. Recommendations to others considering the product: None What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer support through chat. Ease of use and better customer contact.

Great experience with UJET
What do you like best? It's user friendly and easy to use. I love it. You can switch to aux easily without needing to remember codes, unlike with other software. I am happy that my company chooses this, unlike with my previous one. What do you dislike? It switches to some aux without informing us. It is better to have at least a ding sound when it is switching so we will be notified. I also want to have mo shortcuts on this, for example in typing messages. Code shortcuts are better to ...

What do you like best? The tool is very useful and provide a control for the agents also, had many functions to see the improvement of the agents, I am very glad to use it every day to verify the control of my agents. Awesome System when having to deal with multiple things at one time at work.
What do you like best? Ujet has been very efficient when dealing with my work. I use it for chat and phone work during my workday. It's perfect for dealing with the customers and being able to multitask. What do you dislike? I only have issues when Ujet goes down, which is not very often. I've been working with Ujet for Months and it has only went down once. The downtime was short-lived. Tech jumped on it and it was back up and working in no time. An overall great experience with UJET
What do you like best? What I like best about UJET is its simplicity. Its easy to get around and its almos self explanatory. I really like the UX part of it, it gives me the impression that is very user friendly and makes me want to see it more. I use Ujet to communicate to shoppers through a chat based work.
What do you like best? Ujet is very easy to use and works fairly efficient. Being organized is key in my line of work and Ujet makes that very easy. Ujet has many tabs that keep all the shoppers or customers information clear and very easily accessible. What i love about Ujet is that you are able to call and chat customers. Excellent Collaboration System
What do you like best? I love the integration of having Chat And Voice calls all integrated into one platform. Then, this amazing platform is integrated into the ticketing system where we open/close tickets for customers accounts.
