Great software

What do you like best? Web based and easy to set up. Fast reports. Loved the dashboard. What do you dislike? No hierarchy filtering on Real-time monitor and limited report bucket that caused an error each time there where too many results. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used the dashboard to properly monitor site stats and rapidly report to upper manager.

What do you like best? The soft phone is self explanatory. Not complicated at all What do you dislike? What i like most is the easy os Ujet, you dont requiere a big trainning for use it, It totally intuitive, practical, these is the frist time i ever used and have no issues giving suport to the costumer. Support agents could be able to aggregate Shopper information before connecting to the call through its CRM integration. This would help reduce resolution times because important Shopper information would be available before connecting calls, leveraging this data to ...
