Great software
What do you like best? Web based and easy to set up. Fast reports. Loved the dashboard. What do you dislike? No hierarchy filtering on Real-time monitor and limited report bucket that caused an error each time there where too many results. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used the dashboard to properly monitor site stats and rapidly report to upper manager.

Is a nice app to make calls to the cx also transfer callbacks receiving calls always clear

That always is clear the sound it doesn't takes to much time to get a call What do you dislike? some time I got delay but is not to much everything is fine What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I like that UJET advises us when a chat comes and it rings, as well I like that is showing all the chats What do you dislike? I do not like that it takes too long to load the page Recommendations to others considering the product: I do not have recommendation, you have a good tool What problems are you solving with the product? Ujet is very easy to use and you can do the job well using the platform.
What do you like best? The soft phone is self explanatory. Not complicated at all What do you dislike? Everything is good and nothing to dislike using Ujet Recommendations to others considering the product: NA What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? You can easily contact customer right away using Ujet like the physical phone. It also records the time. That's the best part.

What i like most is the easy os Ujet, you dont requiere a big trainning for use it, It totally intuitive, practical, these is the frist time i ever used and have no issues giving suport to the costumer. Support agents could be able to aggregate Shopper information before connecting to the call through its CRM integration.
