What do you like best? I used Ujet in my work. It is a really good tool that you could use to communicate with your customers via chat or call. It is a really friendly tool that you can use on your daily basis. What I also like is that you do not need a extended training in order for you to understand the tool. Intuitive and user friendly.

What do you like best? It is a great tool, you can get to work right away since it is easy to use, it makes your induction to a new job much easier since you don´t have to spent ages learning how to use it. What do you like best? I first used Ujet as a phone agent, I was able to notice the differences between other products. I loved Ujet since the start. Now that I have manager permissions, I love the easiness of creating reports for quality purposes. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are some unknown issues that cause the calls to drop but Ujet has made those instances to decrease in incidence. Ujet the flexible, easy, teachable telecommunication option for businesses working from home.

What do you like best? The best thing is I can switch back and forth to phone or chat service along with having the option to choose from many status options. If I need a break I can select the break option. If I need to continue wrapping up my last call or chat, I have that option as well to stay in wrap up status which gives me extra time without showing unavailabe. What do you like best? I use UJET to support customers over the phone. I like it because of its attractive and simple yet very functional design. Unlike other call tools of traditional colors, UJET is fun! It offers colorful backgrounds that go according to the current work status selected.
