best telephony system I've used, very reliable

What do you like best? the ease of use the system has. it's always easy to train people on and intuitive. I've never used a better system, but then again, I've actually never used any other telephony system, so I'm not a great judge of that by any means. I enjoy being able to hear customer voices instead of just the robotic voices I hear in my head. Its fairly easy to learn, but has some glitches with pulling up the accounts

What do you like best? I think its really convenient that before the call starts, it lets us know what the call is for. (ex. Resto-menu or Resto-Refunds) What do you dislike? I wish it were more simple to automatically pull up accounts if possible What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Refunds and menu changes for restaurants

I think there is way to improve UJET, you can start with the drop down button where the stamps are.

What do you like best? The UJET is easy to launch but there is another way maybe of improving it. What do you dislike? The stats doesn't show our CSAT returns. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sometimes UJET takes time to load especially if you have a slow internet speed.
