Pretty complete phone and chat capabilities
What do you like best? Easy call answering, calling, and transfering. What do you dislike? I can't see multiple chats at the same time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Stay focused. Have a great connection. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer service problems are what I solve. I really like the easy dialing feature (copy and paste)

It's an excellent experience, it is very helpful on my work.
What do you like best? The documentation, it saves everything. It is a really good platform. What do you dislike? Nothing. Everything is fine, it's really good. Is the best program I've used, it rarely has issues of connectivity and it is precisely.
What do you like best? The speed connecting to our cx, there are no drops on the program, everything is easy and understandable. What do you dislike? Just the simplicity of the program loading. The most convenient, reliable, user friendly system I've used so far
What do you like best? I'm an IT for years now and been handled many systems and I can say that is the best system I have used. Specially on my work now it's very convenient, It's fast and easy to navigate.easy to use. I can check emails, send photos and other files like screenshot or diagrams. It is a very useful tool to keep in touch with people and use it for job purposes.
What do you like best? The tool itself to talk with people is very useful and reliable. What do you dislike? Sometimes chats get disconected when you are talking to someone.
