Convienent and easy to use
What do you like best? Most things on the ticket auto fill without me having to look for any information. What do you dislike? I don't like that every call auto creates a ticket, sometimes it's the same customer and they already have a ticket. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am using Ujet to get the customer info as well as look at their history.

Ujet works good
What do you like best? the minute accuracy and the tagging of the right aux. What do you dislike? sometimes ujet is having some latency and errors but it was fixed right away. Its a really friendly service easy to use it never been on an outage while Ive been using itExcelent
What do you like best? Its really friendly and has different aux it never stop working. Some upsides about this program are all the aux you can insert and that is really colorful and tech friendly and not hard to use at all. What do you dislike? What I do dislike of it is that sometimes it tends to glitch and the outbound calls are hard to reach. Very easy to navigate, easy to pull daily, weekly, and monthly metric reports!
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to find what you are looking for and the how easy it was to link it to Zendesk. Being able to pull our department numbers for the week makes it very easy to identify the areas we need to focus on for improvement. What do you dislike? The only downside of UJET I have ran across is the occasional bugs, but they are always fixed very quickly after emailing UJET support. Fast and Efficient!
What do you like best? I love the ability of being able to minimize the chat window while I research and organize my current tickets. It is truly a quick and painless task, and the tabs seem to open fairly quickly. What do you dislike? Sometimes the sound notifications for the chats will continuously go off, even after opening and responding to a chat. Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep up the great work. Very good experience, no disconnections ever
What do you like best? I like that the call sounds very clear.. What do you dislike? I don't really know, maybe the interface What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making calls is easier now all over the world. Making communication much easier between all users. Also, it makes it cheaper, I believe, since one is not using a mobile phone to perform the call.

Easy to use UJET
What do you like best? It's easy to sign in. Not hard to use at all. I can hear the customers clearly. The chats do not freeze at all. I can also use the short cuts that feels in a full sentence that I don't have to type out. What do you dislike? There's only one thing that I don't like about it and that is that the main page will log you out within a certain about of minutes. What do you like best? Convenient as heck, We use it for chats and sometimes we lose business bc its down for a while but other than that i enjoy it What do you dislike? iphone users cant always insert pictures Recommendations to others considering the product: its user friendly no matter the size of your business What problems are you solving with the product? Excellent platform to get communicated. Easily establish a phone call with customers.
What do you like best? The design and appearance of Ujet, is friendly user. It is not hard to learn how to use it. What do you dislike? I have not found anything related to Ujet that I do not like. Great experience so far!
What do you like best? I like the fact that is really stable, we use it for chats, emails and calls and the iterface is very user friendly, easy to remember . What do you dislike?
