Recently started using UJet and I must admit, it's pretty awesome and very easy to use!
What do you like best? It's pretty easy to use. Easy to switch between available to unavailable to break, ect. I do love that you can see your stats for the day, too! It's definitely helpful for me to see how many calls I'm taking as it helps me always strive to take more and more calls. The countdown timers are also another great and useful feature! Best platform for BPO's industries, really helpful and easy to use.
What do you like best? The transfer options and caller ID recognition What do you dislike? the scores should have a separate amount of how many customers rated the call and not just the rate amount. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just try it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? outgoing calls and able to locate a co-worker for internal transfer.

U jet has been a great tool for communicating with my clients.

UJET is a very smart and helpful tool. Very easy to use!
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use and the smart features that are included with it. I also like how you are able to add multiple people to the call and the option to put the people you call on hold. It is very convenient that we are able to transfer the call within our company just to speak with another agent or manager and we still have the option to keep the call or transfer it over to our coworker. Adaptable and useful tool for your every day work
What do you like best? What I like most about UJET is that it is a very friendly platform for customer service. It helps me a lot when there are scenarios when I have to move from a live chat to a call for any reason. UJET is a great tool to use!
What do you like best? I like the ability to see previous tickets and your good and bad tickets. What do you dislike? Wrap up time to available is short. Usually not enough time to put info in, and you receive another call. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowledge base is now attached to ujet, which I really like.

Ujet is nice however, there are some latency issues at timees
What do you like best? It is very direct to the point. Especially when it comes to tagging What do you dislike? There are times that latency occur but this happens minimal. Great portal!
What do you like best? I like how the chat feature of just to be able to help our customers promptly. I also like that you are able to see when they are responding. What do you dislike?
