"Recently started using UJet and I must admit, it's pretty awesome and very easy to use!"
What do you like best about UJET? It's pretty easy to use. Easy to switch between available to unavailable to break, ect. I do love that you can see your stats for the day, too! It's definitely helpful for me to see how many calls I'm taking as it helps me always strive to take more and more calls. The countdown timers are also another great and useful feature! What do you dislike about UJET? I wish you could see more in depth stats. Like weekly stats and averages. I like being able to see ...

"I like UJET! Very easy to use."
What do you like best about UJET? The upsides to UJET include the ability to switch and transfer calls with ease. It also helps that calls are recorded and can sync with Kustomer, our CRM! What do you dislike about UJET? I don't like how the wrap-up time is so short! I think I can change it, but I haven't looked into it. Recommendations to others considering UJET: I advise utilizing the different statuses so you can maintain service levels. What problems is UJET solving and how is that ...

What do you like best about UJET? I like the integration of the customer information with the other programs I utilize when working. What do you dislike about UJET? I dislike not having an option to move the chat template around. A lot of notifications pop up in the lower right-hand corner of the screen (Slack). What do you like best about UJET? It is so easy to use and a very quick platform. Integrates stats and many options to control the shift of the user. What do you dislike about UJET? 1 out of 10 calls have a bug on the answer button and sometimes when you click to answer the call it takes you to a screen when you have a missed call.
