"A good way to interact with customers"

What do you like best about UJET? The use of the tool while having easy access to other parts of our website to assist cutomers What do you dislike about UJET? The space to type, its sice can not be adjusted and too limited when trying to respond and be able to validate the answer ys well written and has coherence What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? It has a good interface when chatting and getting into contact with the customer and using our tools

What do you like best about UJET? I like how you can chat and call all in one. What do you dislike about UJET? I dislike how it lags on calls sometimes. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? I am a Support Agent chatting with customers and calling drivers. It helps to multi-task between chats and calls.

"A Smooth System"

What do you like best about UJET? UJet was quick to grab from the start. Simple yet elegant. Let me go into detail about the features I liked best. The call feature is almost perfect. Calls always go through and it sounds better than my phone, even! I love how you can view your own stats in real time. Merging tickets was even simple and easy. What do you like best about UJET? The stability of the program is better than most. What do you dislike about UJET? Every now and then, getting booted out can be a little iritating. Recommendations to others considering UJET: Great Product What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not had problems with UJET. I have realized this product works better than other vpn clients

"Great Program! Easy and Fast to use!"

What do you like best about UJET? Ujet is great with how easy it is to answer calls or change the status and how simple it is to transfer calls if needed. What do you dislike about UJET? I still have not found any issues with this program Recommendations to others considering UJET: I use a laptop. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Ujet gives us the benefit of not having to use landlines, it is great only by being connected to internet and having a charged computer.

"Top Notch Phone System"

What do you like best about UJET? The ease of use and rapid calls are my favorite part of the system. What do you dislike about UJET? I have to decipher between two of the same phone numbers to dial. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems. Benefits are that it lets my managers know where I am in terms of phone time, break time, etc.
