What do you like best about UJET? User Friendly and Very Functional. No glitches, easy to use and helps me keep in communication with customers. What do you dislike about UJET? None. I absolutely have nothing bad to say. I'd recommend the service to anyone. Recommendations to others considering UJET: I highly recommend using UJET for any telecommunication-related services. What do you like best about UJET? The team is very responsive and accessible throughout the busy day. What do you dislike about UJET? Sometimes our agents have login issues or issues when answering calls. Recommendations to others considering UJET: Nothing. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? We are working on various login issues but those have been resolved.

What do you like best about UJET? It is so easy to use and a very quick platform. Integrates stats and many options to control the shift of the user. What do you dislike about UJET? 1 out of 10 calls have a bug on the answer button and sometimes when you click to answer the call it takes you to a screen when you have a missed call.
