"UJet is easy to use and very efficient."
What do you like best about UJET? I like how simple it is to change your aux and make call backs when needed. What do you dislike about UJET? I have no dislikes because I don't have many problems with UJet. Recommendations to others considering UJET: Pay attention when learning how to use UJet it helps you understand more. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping me assist the customer and reach out to anyone needed while on a call.

"Zendesk is a great tool to aux on time and also track how many calls you take per shift."
What do you like best about UJET? What I like about Ujet the best is tracking my AHT per shift. What do you dislike about UJET? I am unable to make an outbound call to a different department. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? We are managing average handling time very accurately.

"Great experience, clear reception, and easy to use."
What do you like best about UJET? I like that the reception is clear and I can listen to our clients without any static. Lastly, I really appreciate the Live Chat option and the recording link that is provided at the end of the call or text. What do you dislike about UJET? What do you like best about UJET? I do love the chat view of ujet and everything we can do in it. I also love that it automatically updates while your chatting. They made the chat windows bigger. And they updated the automated for when we complete the first chat. What do you dislike about UJET? I wish there was a way to make the chat area a little bigger. What do you like best about UJET? Using UJET one can call and chat with the customers at a time and it’s very user friendly. "Very easy"
What do you like best about UJET? I like Ujet because it is easy to work with and my calls are always clear. The only time I have issues with Ujet is if my connection is low but overall I love it. What do you dislike about UJET? Sometimes the calls can cut out but mostly because of connection errors. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? I help customers and delivery drivers with the order issues and/or account issues as well as technical difficulties.

What do you like best about UJET? This company is super easy to work with. The tool is intuitive and powerful, and our account managers are always helpful in catering the experience to us.
