"My experience with Ujet has been great."

What do you like best about UJET? Helps with tracking and receiving calls promptly. It helps create caller Ids that help quickly identify the customer's information and also help with ininitiating new contacts. What do you dislike about UJET? The only thing I dont like about uJet is that it freezes from time to time which makes it hard to complete or to reslove issues quicker and may result to unnecessary call backs. "Great Tool"

What do you like best about UJET? UJET is very helpful in displaying the minutes and seconds for each call and action selected. It helps me to stay on top of my hold times. I also like how adding another call is easy to do. Having my stats readily available is also very helpful. What do you like best about UJET? Great quality calls. easy to learn and teach. What do you dislike about UJET? It's hard to answer calls some days and when ansnswering calls at last ring it'll mark as missed call. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Redelivery and credit.

"It is very user friendly"

What do you like best about UJET? I love that it does not take long to load, and you can change the status before a call is completed so that you do not have another call come in when you have to go to break time. What do you dislike about UJET? Nothing! I love it - it is straightforward to use. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Technical issues are quick to solve. You refresh or restart, and then you can start working again.
