"User friendly"

What do you like best about UJET? The reporting system is quite simple to use and allows you to manage your metrics much more appropriately. What do you dislike about UJET? When you are first introduced to Ujet application it seems complicated. We should be able to extract data by a click of a button. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Monitor agents live chats and extract data on an hourly basis to measure metrics

What do you like best about UJET? It is very easy to use. I find it very straightforward as I can easily transfer chats when required, ends chats or even add someone in. What do you dislike about UJET? There is nothing I dislike thus far. I am happy Recommendations to others considering UJET: None, it's not rocket science. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to transfer chats.

"Brilliant platform for business use: managing KPI's has never been easier"

What do you like best about UJET? Its easy to extract data and then use that data to manage productivity, CSAT and chat interactions. It allows me to live monitor employees to help them in real-time. What do you like best about UJET? Simple to use and has built-in Templates for chat agents. the fact that ujet can pop out on its own and still be utilized What do you dislike about UJET? Nothing at all. just a few day to day minor issues such as agents being kicked out of the system What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Ujet has helped reduce AHT using the shortcuts provided

What do you like best about UJET? Easy to navigate and it is a user friendly application. What do you dislike about UJET? What is least helpful with UJET is the fact that it does crash at times and that can be somehow annoying especially when you are in the middle of work. Recommendations to others considering UJET: Best work related system out there. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Ujet generally helps in time management and schedules

"super easy to use"

What do you like best about UJET? I love that Ujet gives you a countdown before connecting you to the customer. I also like that it lets you pick your next status before the call disconnects so you are not stuck answering the next call before you're ready. What do you dislike about UJET? I don't have anything that I don't like. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Ujet helps me connect with my customers over a steady line with no call drops.

What do you like best about UJET? Reliability, easy status selection. Great layout and quick response times. All the essentials are provided on a simple window, and multiple options are adequate to professional use. What do you dislike about UJET? There's no equalizer, sometimes incoming callers may have high pitched tones or background noise, a tool to help reduce intererences, noises or treble is a must.
