What do you like best about UJET? The UJET team is extremely agile and responsive if any issues ever arise. The integrations within our CRM are great. What do you dislike about UJET? The clarity of the conversation that our agents get with members has been different than other companies we have used in the past, plus they offer room to grow. "Best experience with reporting and providing insight in detail"

What do you like best about UJET? I like that I can get the most out of the chat interactions and the activities that agents partake in such as going on break and their entire productivity. It has data that can be easily pivoted in Excel to help provide for our needs as a campaign by viewing volume of transfers per agent, CSAT scores daily, weekly and monthly to name a few.
