Dialpad Support team are exceptional
I have found the Dialpad Support team to be exceptional. I ask a lot of questions and they always respond very quickly and fix whatever issue I might be having. I have used other hosted phone services before and Dialpad has proven to be the best. Highly recommend.

Dialpad has been a great improvement…
Dialpad has been a great improvement for us at our company. Having the call log nice and easily viewable is wonderful. Being able to call and text in the same log is easy to use and very convenient. I can take calls from my desk or my phone, means I can take sales calls all the time, or on my time. Also, having my recent calls on the screen is a nice reminder if i'm forgetting to get back with someone!

My recent chat with customer support…
My recent chat with customer support was fantastic. I had an issue that could have been very costly to my business and our rep was able to figure everything out for me. I also didn't sit on hold very long to speak with someone, which is alone, a rarity these days.

Great Product
Our company has always received great service from DialPad. Some other companies have tried to get our business, but they do not offer the same level of flexibility or service.
