Customer support was painless
Customer support was painless. The chat is right on the app. Cara responded fast and resolved all of my issues before i can get more coffee. The chat feature can use some fine tuning to design but that is a minor observation.

Fantastic support! Had an issue with one of our number mappings after porting in from Microsoft Teams. I told them what happened, gave them my support code, and they literally had the issue resolved on their end within 60 seconds. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've ever worked with DP support but each and every time has been an amazing experience.
