I love all the features that Dialpad…
I love all the features that Dialpad can do. Sometimes I need a little help and I love how quick and easy the help desk feature is. Edison has been by far the best to work with on a couple of question I have had and is always resourceful at getting me working quickly!

The product is barely tolerable
The product is tolerable, but the people working there are incapable to an amazing degree. It literally took weeks and dozens of attempts to get them to send us a new contract to renew... Not with any new terms. Just to let us renew and take our money. Apparently, they have bad enough service that no one ever renews so they don't even have a team to handle that?

So far, Dialpad has been a very positive experience. I am a new customer. I especially like the person to person set up. It makes a big difference when deciding which company to subscribe to for a business phone.
