Terrible UK sales & aftercare service

Our organisation reviewed around 4 telephony providers and the demonstration we had from Dialpad was by be far the worst. It was disjointed / unprofessional and the account manager delivering the pitch really did not even know their own product. They couldn't answer many of our relatively basic questions which wasn't at all reassuring. Our stakeholders receiving the demo would have disregarded them as a provider immediately however, luckily for them, our head of IT had used Dialpad at a ...

Jeff was a lamp to all things confusion in finding specific information he was direct and probed for the correct answers to correlate the issue I could not be more satisfied with these folks in DIALPAD if there is ever a chance to leave feedback for each rep alike I will happily oblige to make the time.
