Their support team is on point
Their support team is on point. On Sunday evening Tammy Revillas, and on Monday very early morning ELRoy helped us. They were both extremely fast and understanding. They took the lead to the resolution and they also took extra steps to make this thing work. We decided to switch from Ringcentral to Dialpad because of their superior support team and AI technologies.

Excellent Customer Service
I have been through a few VoIP for business providers. No system is perfect, including Dialpad's which has its disadvantages. But they shine in superb, always available customer service. For that, Dialpad gets 5 stars.
