I was dealing with a wonderful representative of the name Adrian. He assisted me with getting my CNAM for all of my lines. We have over 28 locations and I know it was a lot of tedious work that he had to do, in order to get my issue resolved! He is the best!!!

I had a wonderful customer service…
I had a wonderful customer service experience with a service rep named Marlon. I couldn't get my PolyVVX250 phone to work and Marlon stuck by trouble shooting everything imaginable over several hours until he found the problem and was able to communicate to me what to do. I couldn't be happier right now to have this phone working.
