EL Roy is always pleasant to work with…
EL Roy is always pleasant to work with on our Client Requests and Support issues. He was able to immediately resolve the request. Very impressed with his response time, and FCR (first chat resolution). Way to go! :) Happy that I don't have to close the Chat and hope for an email with resolution, it becomes cumbersome when emails are sent back and forth delaying the resolution time. Thank you EL Roy!

Poor connection, misleading charges and terrible customer service
I run a law firm and all of our advice is given online, with a team that all works remotely. I chose dialpad based on the reviews but have to say my own experience of them didn't match what I had read and ended up cancelling after a few months. Call quality in the UK is not consistent. Ranges from really good to really poor in any given moment. This is not what you need for a business grade system. They also have very poor integrations with CRM's, particularly Zoho CRM.
