Minaxi was a STAR - 11/10.
Dialpad support is typically is a 6/10 at best in helping us - very little gets done through Dialpad support. BUT I will say on this day, I got Minaxi - and it was an 11/10. SHE DOMINATED! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and overall super super kind. She was informative as well. I hope every person gets Minaxi for Dialpad service cause she is a true STAR. Pay her more money cause you want to keep her!

Another Bait And Switch Operator
Another bait and switch operator. I chatted in to get pricing for additional minutes, which the operator wouldn't give me. They catch you with a low monthly fee, and then seem to rip you off with a high use rate.

I am trying out Dialpad for the first time, and the set up team have been so helpful, in particular Minaxi Raval. They literally did all they could to make sure they fixed a small location issue I was having, and I am now all set up. Thank you so much!
